Is Your Heart In The Right Place?
Or
God’s Place?
Father, we come to you giving you praise and worship, glory and honor. Lord Jesus we thank you for the blood you shed on the cross to bring us freedom and give us the gift of your salvation, full and free.
Lord we speak to the hearts of your people who are hurting from emotional damage caused from long ago. We speak to the rejection that has been felt, to the lack of recognition, to pain of low self esteem because of those who failed to love us with an unconditional love that is there even when we are wrong. And Lord Jesus we ask that you would bring healing to these areas of our lives, as we bring them before you and ask you to forgive those who have hurt us and we pray for their sins to be forgiven.
AMEN!!

For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? |

And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? |

|
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Deut. 18.13 |

Isn't it amazing the things we can find in the word of God when we look?
Just when you thought it felt right to say, “I have a right to be angry for what happened to me”
We feel we are justified in holding something over someones head or always reminding someone of what they had done to us at a former time.
But ah, what does the Lord say about this?
Well, read it again and let me outline it for ya too.
You see what someone does to us, they are accountable to God for.
BUT!!!!!!!!!
How we react to what they did to us now MAKES US accountable to God for our reaction.
What?
Do you mean to tell me that I have to let people go around abusing me and let it go?
NO!
That's not what I said. Read Romans 12:14-21

God has his way of doing things and if we want to live a blessed life from God then we must submit ourselves to his ways.
But is this just for us to be blessed?
NOPE
It is also that others may experience the love of God thru us and themselves be made whole. After all if those who hurt you so badly would have known how to show you Gods love instead of the devils hurts, you wouldn't be hurting now.

Lord, I would ask you to reveal to me in my heart anyone that I am holding hurt, anger, bitterness, or ill thoughts toward. Lord that I may repent of this and instead first pray for forgiveness and then pray that they would realize your great and wonderful Love and Understand, that I may have your peace and contentment within my heart. Amen..................................
