 - Lesson Seven & Eight: -

  - Brotherly Love & Charity -

Father, we give you praise worship glory and honor. We ask you Lord Jesus to bless and sanctify these words today that all who read them would be able to apply them to there lives.

AMEN!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LOVE WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE

The last two words in this lesson are BROTHERLY KINDNESS and CHARITY.

OK, the last three words then.

     You get the idea!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brotherly Love  - such as is natural for brothers, kindly to one another, a natural affection.

Charity  - In a general sense, love, benevolence, good will; that disposition of heart which inclines men to think favorably of their fellow man, and to do them good. In a theological sense, it includes supreme love to God, and universal good will to men.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The best way that I can think to explain how  WE  should be in order to show an example of these is to discuss what Jesus did.

So I have the great joy of introducing my wonderful wife Christine Keehn now as she will now continue with the rest of this lesson.

(Cool Huh?)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello Everyone!
Hope you are all anxious to get started and ready to dig into this lesson!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:17

For God sent nothis So n into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him that might be saved.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's think about this God was willing to send his Son that through Jesus Christ his Son was a plan of salvation for all. Christ was obedient to his father and came into this world to fulfill the father's plan of salvation.

God's love is pure and unconditional, he proved that by sending Jesus; that through Christ that we have a way for eternal life; that by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior we have that hope for our salvation.

2 Thessalonians 2:16 - Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which has loved us and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace.

God created us in his likeness

Genesis 1:26 - And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Genesis 1:27 - So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

So God created each one of us in his likeness. He love's because he created us in his image he cares for us he knows the the number of hair. To explain.

Luke 12:7 - But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: you are of more value than many sparrows.

God gives each one of us a choice to accept or not to accept.

He gave us a free will to choose.

Will you accept the father's love?

 Will you accept Christ's love?

Christ went to the cross and fulfilled his father's plan.

Isaiah 53:2-7 - But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our inequities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the inquity of all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

Isaiah 52:14 As many were astonished at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men.

What love, what sacrifice Christ did for each one of us even until death on the cross

and he continued to show great love at the cross by saying

"Father, forgive them for they know not what they do."

Christ took the sins of the world upon him, for he himself knew no sin.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Will you accept the love?

If you don't know Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior will you just take a moment and pray the following with me?

Father,  I know I am sinner I want to accept your love and accept Jesus Christ into my heart that I may have that eternal promise of salvation. In Jesus name - Amen.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Father, we close in prayer. May you grant those who read this the wisdom knowledge discernment and understanding to apply all that they have read to there lives.

AMEN!!!

Until Next Time,

Love And God Bless You All! --- Willy & Christine
